By placing a commission you agree to all of the terms below. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out before paying!
- Contact me through Artistree or any of my listed platforms to request a slot.
- I will confirm your request and let you know when your slot is ready before any payment is sent.
- Do not send payment until I have confirmed your slot and asked for it.
- Please include all relevant details upfront — character references, colors, expressions, and any extras you'd like.

I reserve the right to decline any commission I'm not comfortable with, for any reason and at any time.
- Payment is accepted via PayPal or Venmo (USD only).
- You may pay 100% upfront, or split it 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Again — please do not send payment until I have confirmed your slot and requested it.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand. Your quoted price is locked in once confirmed.
- PSD files are not included in the base price. If you'd like the PSD file, let me know and I'll quote an additional fee.
- Bundles receive an additional discount.
- I will notify you when I begin your commission. Once work has started, refunds are no longer available.
- Throughout the process I'll check in with you to make sure everything looks right.
- The number of review stages depends on the complexity and type of commission.
- Work-in-progress previews will include a watermark and may be lower resolution than the final piece.
- Delivery time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity, my current queue, and real-life factors.
- If anything delays your commission beyond the estimated timeframe, I will let you know as soon as possible.
- Final files will be delivered at full resolution, along with any additional sizes specified (e.g. 112px, 56px, 28px for emotes).
- Revisions are included during the sketch/review stages — this is the best time to request changes.
- Changes requested to an already approved stage will incur an additional fee based on the scope of the edit.
- If a mistake was made on my end, I will fix it at no extra charge.
- Unclear or incomplete references may also result in revision fees if significant changes are needed later.
- I, Mohrigan, retain full artistic rights to all commissioned work.
- I may use the artwork to promote myself on social media, my website, or anywhere I choose.
As the buyer, you may:
Use the artwork for personal use across social media, forums, and online profiles. Print it for personal use. Use it to promote yourself. Use it on YouTube or monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the primary source of income.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Selling or commercially profiting from the artwork · Claiming the artwork as your own creation · Altering the artwork without my consent · Redistributing or reselling the artwork in any form.
Proper credit is always appreciated! If you'd like to purchase extended usage rights, feel free to reach out.
- You may request a full refund if you cancel before I begin work.
- Once I have started your commission, refunds are no longer available.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- If you need a refund, please message me directly — do not open a PayPal dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed when one was not warranted, all rights to the commissioned artwork will be forfeited and I reserve the right to profit from it freely. I will provide PayPal with our full conversation history as evidence of completed work. You will also be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.
- Your happiness with the final piece matters a lot to me — I'll do my best to make it right.
- If something feels off at any point, please speak up early so we can work it out together.
- Some terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis if discussed with me before payment is made.
- I may occasionally stream the drawing process or post it on YouTube. Let me know ahead of time if you'd prefer this not happen.
- Draft(s) or mockup(s) for you to choose from before I continue.
- A sketch and/or final sketch stage for your approval.
- Final files at full resolution, in the agreed format (PNG, GIF, etc.).
- Additional size variants if specified (e.g. emote sizes: 112px, 56px, 28px).
- PSD files are not included unless purchased separately.
