● I might stream the drawing process and post it on my youtube.
● Prices are subject to change based on demand.
● I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.PAYMENT
● The currency accepted is either PayPal or Venmo (USD).
● Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
● Don’t send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
● I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds)
● While I’m working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
● The amount of reviews depends on the complexity and amount of emotes ordered.
● During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
● The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and real life.
● If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.
● Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with different sizes files if noted (112, 56, 28).REVISIONS
● A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing – unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
● If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
● If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Mohrigan, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
● Promote myself with it everywhere
● Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
● Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:
● Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
● Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
● Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
● Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
● Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially – means making money off it in any way.
● Claiming the artwork as your own
● Altering the artwork without my consent
● I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
● I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
● If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
● I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
● The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
● If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
● If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
● If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Mohrigan, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.WHAT DO YOU GET?
● Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)
● Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
● Final files (different sizes as well if noted). None of the files will include the PSD files.

● Se agregará una tarifa si desea cambiar algo en el dibujo final, a menos que haya habido un malentendido por mi parte.
● Si desea que cambie algo en el dibujo que aprobó previamente, le cobraré una tarifa por cambiarlo. El monto del cargo extra depende del cambio que quieras que haga y generalmente se basa en un salario por hora.
● Si su referencia no está clara para comenzar, los cambios tendrán un costo adicional.** DERECHOS DE AUTOR / POLÍTICA DE USO **
Yo, Mohrigan, reclamo los derechos sobre el dibujo producido, no el comprador. Por lo tanto, puedo utilizar la obra de arte protegida por derechos de autor para:
● Promocionarme con él en todas partes.
● Mostrarlo en todas partes a mi gusto (sitio web, redes sociales, etc.)
● Publicarlo donde quieraEl comprador puede:
● Utilizar la pieza encargada para uso personal a menos que se acuerde lo contrario (puedes subirla a todos tus perfiles de redes sociales, foros, etc.)
● Imprime la obra de arte y reclama los personajes como propios, pero no la obra de arte en sí.
● Usar la obra de arte para promocionarse. No estás obligado a darme crédito cuando lo publicas, pero se lo agradezco mucho.
● Usar la obra de arte en su canal de Youtube y en videos monetizados, siempre y cuando la obra de arte en sí no sea el tema principal de las ganancias.Lo siguiente se considera infracción de derechos de autor:
● Reproducir/usar comercialmente la obra de arte protegida por derechos de autor: significa ganar dinero con ella de cualquier manera.
● Reclamar la obra de arte como propia
● Modificar la obra de arte sin mi consentimiento.
● Me reservo todos los derechos sobre la imagen y su uso/distribución a menos que se acuerde lo contrario (los derechos de la imagen para su uso no personal se pueden comprar en cualquier momento).LA SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE
● ¡Haré todo lo que pueda para hacer felices a mis clientes!
● Si tiene algún problema con respecto a la pieza encargada, dígamelo de inmediato para que podamos encontrar una solución juntos.
● Estoy dispuesto a cambiar algunos de mis términos por usted si lo solicita antes de comenzar con su comisión. Si, por ejemplo, no quieres que publique tu arte en ningún lado, podemos discutirlo.POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO / CANCELACIÓN
● Al comprador no se le permite un reembolso una vez que comienzo a trabajar en la comisión.
● Si por algún motivo no puedo iniciar su comisión, recibirá un reembolso completo.
● Si cancela su pedido antes de que lo inicie, puede obtener un reembolso completo.
Si recibe un reembolso, no solicite una devolución de cargo de Paypal. Yo mismo te transferiré el dinero.
● Si solicita una devolución de cargo de Paypal en cualquier momento en el que no se le permitía solicitar un reembolso, perderá todos los derechos antes mencionados sobre la pieza encargada y tendré pleno derecho a obtener más beneficios de ella de cualquier manera. Rechazaré la devolución de cargo y le proporcionaré a Paypal nuestras conversaciones en las que hablamos sobre la comisión como prueba de que he completado el trabajo para usted. Además, estarás en la lista negra por encargarme nuevamente.
Si el comprador infringe cualquiera de los puntos indicados anteriormente, perderá todos los derechos antes mencionados sobre la obra de arte encargada por mí, Mohrigan, y tendré derecho a obtener más beneficios de la obra de arte encargada de la forma que considere adecuada. Si tiene algún problema con cualquiera de estas declaraciones, puede cambiarlas si lo comenta conmigo antes de pagar la pieza encargada.¿QUÉ OBTIENES?
● Borradores/mockups que debes decidir con cuál debo continuar (dependiendo de la complejidad del encargo puede haber menos o más borradores)
● Boceto y/o bocetos finales que debes aceptar antes de continuar con el trabajo.
● Archivos finales (también de diferentes tamaños si se indica). Ninguno de los archivos incluirá los archivos PSD.
